Trisha Yearwood was born on September 19, 1964, in Monticello, Georgia. Since breaking onto the country music scene in 1991 with her debut single, "She's in Love with the Boy", she's had success in the music business with multiple hits. Winning a Grammy Award, ACM Awards, CMA Awards, and an AMA Award.
From music to her passion, cooking. Trisha has written four cookbooks and started taping her cooking show "Trisha's Southern Kitchen." In 2013 she won a Daytime Emmy Award for the show. And according to Trisha “We're not done with the show. There'll be more Trisha's Kitchen. We're just working on kind of a 2.0 version,” Trisha shared on Facebook Live this past July.
She's also a compassionate person, joining her husband Garth Brooks volunteering at Habitat for Humanity for over a decade now, and recently announced she and Garth will be hosting the Carter Work Project, next month. She has definitely accomplished a lot in her 59 years on earth and we wish her a very Happy Birthday!
