Country music icon Dolly Parton attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for "Dolly Parton and the Makers: My Life in Rhinestones," a new exhibit opening at Lipscomb University's Beaman Library that showcases 25 of her favorite outfits from throughout her illustrious career.
Parton was joined by Lipscomb University president Candice McQueen and Rebecca Seaver, her niece who is the director of archive services for Dolly Parton at the ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The exhibit runs through Dec. 9th and highlights the creative talents behind the 25 outfits in the exhibit. The fashion retrospective follows up after her new book, Behind the Seams: My Life in Rhinestones, which was released on Oct. 17th.
Tickets to her fashion exhibit are available for purchase HERE for $25.00 each, ahead of Tuesday's opening.
