Luke Combs announced his plans on Tuesday for the Growin’ Up and Gettin’ Old Tour. With 25 North American tour dates across 13 U.S. cities, as well as one date in Canada.

The CMA winner will kick off the upcoming live dates in April 2024 in Milwaukee and eventually wrap up the shows in Houston in mid-August 2024. Cody Jinks, The Avett Brothers, Charles Wesley Godwin, Hailey Whitters, The Wilder Blue, Jordan Davis, Mitchell Tenpenny, Drew Parker and Colby Acuff will join him on tour.

Combs said, “We got an opportunity to do two shows in some U.S. markets on the World Tour, but when I found out we were going to be able to do two shows for most all of the cities on the 2024 tour, I decided I wanted each show to have their own unique set up of openers, as well as my own unique setlist. I thought this would give people an opportunity to come to both nights if they want, but see two completely different shows,” he said.

Luke continued, “With Country music being such a wide genre and being a huge fan of it all myself, I wanted to open up my stage to acts that lean into Outlaw, Americana and Red Dirt on Friday nights, as well as having a night with people I have toured with in the past, who are more contemporary country. I’m super excited to have both groups be out on the road with me for the Growin’ Up and Gettin’ Old Tour!”

Lainey Wilson current queen of country music, queen of duets and now queen of branding.

With four #1 songs under her belt, multiple CMA, ACM and CMT awards and Billboard's Rulebreaker Award. Let's take a look at her branding partnerships in the last year.

Lainey Wilson Headshot

Lainey is the face of the next Wrangler women's spring collection. A Wrangler x Lainey Wilson Capsule Collection is expected in the fall of 2024.

Lainey Wilson X Lil Bee's Bohemian brings you a collection of pieces that are kinda redneck, kinda hollywood, and 100% bell bottom country. And now kinda sold out!

Stanley X Lainey Wilson released a limited edition quencher to drink her favorite Watermelon Moonshine in...also sold out.

Tractor Supply partnered with Wilson to support up-and-coming musicians with the launch of an Emerging Artist Program this year.

Stella Rosa Wines promoted the Future Is Female music series for the 'Country with a Flare' Tour featuring Lainey Wilson earlier this year and was created to support female headliners.

SONIC Drive-In partners with Lainey on one of their summer drink remixes. Hers is a mixture of Sprite Zero with strawberries and sugar-free peach.

And of course Lainey's #1 hit Heart Like A Truck featured in the 2023 Ram Trucks commercial.

Looking forward to see what's next up for Louisiana native Lainey Wilson!!!

So who is the guy that has country music scratching their heads ?

Oliver Anthony, a former factory worker, now a farmer from Farmville, Virginia, recently went viral on social media for his performance of his original song “Rich Men North Of Richmond.” The track has already gained more than 11 million views on YouTube and today bumped Jason Aldean's 'Try That in a Small Town' down several notches.

Anthony, who has been releasing his own music since 2022 under Oliver Anthony Music, currently holds 18 of the 40 slots on the iTunes Country chart. Rounding out the top 10 are several of Anthony’s other original songs — “I Want to Go Home,” “Virginia” and “Rich Man’s Gold.” These songs sit alongside country hits like Luke Bryan’s recent cover of Tracy Chapman’s “Fast Car,” Jelly Roll’s “Need a Favor,” and Morgan Wallen‘s “Last Night.”

Writing since 2021, Anthony revealed that he has struggled with mental health issues and got sober from alcohol. When he was 30 days sober, RADIOWV, a YouTube channel that highlights musicians within West Virginia, asked Anthony to record “Rich Men North Of Richmond” to share on their page.

What does all of this mean for Anthony? We will have to wait and see what the road will bring.
